Dr. Alyaa Elassar

MD, MSc, PhD, FACOG · Reproductive endocrinologist

Dr. Elassar is a board-certified gynecologist specializing in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell and her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Connecticut.

Born and raised in Cairo, she has authored research on hormonal response to fertility treatment in women with low ovarian reserve. Outside the clinic she’s an avid FC Barcelona fan. Ask her about her favorite beaches.

Emanuela Molinari

PhD, ELD, HCLD · Laboratory Director

More than 20 years in assisted reproduction. PhD from the University of Turin and postdoctoral research at Yale, with leadership roles at CCRM New York, CHR New York and New England Fertility Institute.

Tamar Badridze

Registered Nurse

Trained as an OB/GYN in Georgia and co-founded one of Europe’s largest surrogacy and egg donation centers. Speaks Georgian, Russian, Italian and Hebrew.

Amy Vance

MS, CGC · Genetic Counselor

Board-certified genetic counselor and founder of Bay Area Genetic Counseling, with more than 30 years of experience in reproductive genetics.

Dr. Sahar Lashin

MD, PhD · Internal & Regenerative Medicine

Board-certified in internal medicine, focused on hormones, thyroid health, PCOS and endometriosis. Offers virtual consultations nationwide.
